February Bible Verses

Bible Verse February 1, 2026: Genesis 1:27

"So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them."

Verse of the Day February 01 2026 Genesis 1:27 God created mankind in his own image bible verse feb

February 1, 2026 Devotional:

You were made in God's image. Do you understand what that means? You're not an accident. You're not a mistake. You're not worthless.

God stamped His image on you before you were born. Before you accomplished anything. Before you succeeded or failed. Your value comes from Him, not from what you do.

The world measures your worth by your appearance, your success, your bank account, your accomplishments. God measures your worth by one thing: you bear His image. That never changes. You can't lose it. You can't earn it. You already have it.

When you look in the mirror and hate what you see, you're disagreeing with God. When you think you're worthless, you're calling God a liar. He said you bear His image. He doesn't lie.

This truth should change how you see yourself. This truth should change how you treat other people. Every human being—no matter their race, age, ability, or status—bears God's image. That demands respect. That demands dignity.

You matter to God. You always have. You always will.

February 1, 2026 Prayer:

Father, thank You for making me in Your image. When I forget my worth, remind me of this truth. Help me see others as image-bearers too. Let me treat myself and others with the dignity You've given us. I'm Yours. That's enough. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 2, 2026: Luke 2:22

"When the time came for the purification rites required by the Law of Moses, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord."

Daily scripture February 02 2026 Luke 2:22 Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord bible verse feb

February 2, 2026 Devotional:

Mary and Joseph obeyed the Law. They didn't make excuses. They didn't claim special treatment because they were raising the Messiah. They did what God required.

You know what that tells you? Obedience matters. Even when nobody's watching. Even when it seems unnecessary. Even when you think you deserve an exception.

Joseph and Mary could have said, "We're different. God spoke to us directly. We don't need to follow these old regulations." They didn't. They submitted to what God had already established through Scripture.

You want God to speak to you? Start obeying what He's already said. Stop waiting for some spectacular revelation when you're ignoring plain commands in the Bible. Love your enemies. Forgive those who hurt you. Give generously. Speak truth. Flee sexual immorality. Honor your parents.

God rewards faithfulness in small things. Mary and Joseph were faithful before God gave them the extraordinary calling. First you obey in the ordinary. Then God trusts you with more.

Are you faithful in the small things right now?

February 2, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, teach me to obey what You've already revealed in Your Word. I don't need a spectacular sign when I'm ignoring simple commands. Make me faithful in small things. Help me submit to Your truth even when it's inconvenient. I trust You. Amen.

Bible Verse February 3, 2026: Psalm 119:11

"I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you."

February 03 2026 verse Psalm 119:11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you bible verse feb

February 3, 2026 Devotional:

You want to fight sin? Hide God's Word in your heart. Not in your bookshelf. Not in your phone's Bible app. In your heart.

Temptation doesn't wait for you to look up a verse. It hits fast. You need truth ready. You need it stored up inside you, ready to surface when the enemy attacks.

Jesus knew this. When Satan tempted Him in the wilderness, Jesus didn't pull out a scroll and start searching for the right passage. He quoted Scripture from memory. Three times Satan came at Him. Three times Jesus answered with God's Word. That's how you win.

You say you don't have time to memorize Scripture? You have time to scroll through social media. You have time to watch television. You have time to worry. You have time for what you prioritize.

Start small. Memorize one verse this week. Repeat it throughout the day. Write it on a card. Put it on your mirror. Say it out loud. Let it sink deep into your mind until it becomes part of how you think.

The Word hidden in your heart becomes your defense against sin. Without it, you're fighting unarmed.

February 3, 2026 Prayer:

God, help me hide Your Word in my heart. Give me discipline to memorize Scripture. When temptation comes, bring Your truth to my mind quickly. Let Your Word be my weapon against sin. I need it. I can't fight without it. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 4, 2026: 2 Corinthians 4:16

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day."

Bible quote for February 04 2026 2 Corinthians 4:16 inwardly we are being renewed day by day bible verse feb

February 4, 2026 Devotional:

Your body is dying. That's not pessimistic. That's reality. Every day you get older. Energy decreases. Strength fades. Health declines.

Paul didn't deny this. He said it plainly: we are wasting away outwardly. But he didn't stop there. He said we don't lose heart. Why? Because something else is happening simultaneously. While the outer person decays, the inner person is being renewed.

You're not just a body. You're a spirit living in a body. Your real identity isn't tied to physical strength or youthful appearance. Your real identity is hidden with Christ in God.

God renews you inwardly every single day. Not because you earned it. Because you're connected to Christ. His life flows into you. His Spirit transforms you from the inside out. You're becoming more like Him even as your body weakens.

Physical decline can actually drive spiritual growth. When you can't rely on yourself, you learn to rely on God. When your body fails, you discover your spirit is alive and strong.

Don't measure your life by what's happening to your body. Measure it by what's happening to your soul.

February 4, 2026 Prayer:

Father, while my body weakens, renew my spirit every day. Help me focus on inner transformation, not outward appearance. When I feel limited by physical decline, remind me that my true life is in Christ. Keep my heart strong even when my body grows weak. Amen.

Bible Verse February 5, 2026: John 14:6

"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

February 05 2026 scripture John 14:6 Jesus is the way and the truth and the life bible verse feb

February 5, 2026 Devotional:

Jesus didn't say He's one way among many. He said He's THE way. The only way. No one comes to the Father except through Him.

You can't get to God through good works. You can't get to God through sincerity. You can't get to God through another religion. There's one door. His name is Jesus Christ.

People don't like this. They call it narrow-minded, intolerant, exclusive. They want multiple paths to God. Jesus says there's only one.

Either Jesus told the truth or He lied. There's no middle ground. If He's not the only way, then He's a liar and a fraud. If He is the only way, then everything else is false hope.

Jesus is the way—the path to God. Jesus is the truth—the accurate revelation of who God is. Jesus is the life—eternal life that starts now and never ends.

You can be religious and still miss God. You can attend church, read the Bible, pray prayers, and never truly know the Father. Why? Because you're trying to come through some other door instead of Jesus.

Have you come to the Father through Jesus Christ? Or are you still trying to earn your way in?

February 5, 2026 Prayer:

Lord Jesus, You are the only way to the Father. Forgive me when I try to add other requirements to salvation. I come through You alone. I trust no other name. Thank You for being the way, the truth, and the life. I'm saved by You alone. Amen.

Bible Verse February 6, 2026: Proverbs 27:17

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Verse of the Day February 06 2026 Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron so one person sharpens another bible verse feb

February 6, 2026 Devotional:

You need other believers. Not just to attend church with. To sharpen you. To challenge you. To tell you hard truths.

Iron sharpening iron isn't gentle. There's friction. There's resistance. There's heat. Two dull blades scraping against each other make noise and sparks before they become sharp.

Real Christian friendship works the same way. Your friends should push back when you're wrong. They should ask hard questions. They should point out sin you're blind to. They should challenge your thinking when it contradicts Scripture.

Most Christians avoid this level of relationship. It's easier to stay surface-level. It's comfortable to surround yourself with people who only affirm you, never confront you.

But comfortable relationships don't produce growth. You need people who love you enough to speak truth. You need people who care more about your character than your comfort.

Who's sharpening you right now? Who has permission to tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear? If you can't answer that, you're missing something God designed for your growth.

Find believers who will sharpen you. Be a believer who sharpens others.

February 6, 2026 Prayer:

God, surround me with believers who will sharpen me. Give me humility to receive correction. Give me courage to speak truth when others need it. Don't let me settle for surface-level friendships. I want to grow. Use others to make me sharp. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 7, 2026: Matthew 11:28

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

February 07 2026 Matthew 11:28 Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest bible verse feb

February 7, 2026 Devotional:

You're tired. You're carrying burdens you can't handle. You're exhausted from trying to be good enough, strong enough, perfect enough.

Jesus says, "Come to me." Not "try harder." Not "do more." Come.

You don't have to clean yourself up first. You don't have to fix yourself before coming to Jesus. Come as you are—weary, burdened, failing, broken. He'll take you right now.

Rest doesn't come from working harder at religion. Rest comes from trusting Christ's finished work. He already did what you can't do. He lived perfectly. He died sacrificially. He rose victoriously. It's done.

You can stop striving. You can stop trying to earn God's acceptance. You already have it in Christ. Nothing you do adds to what Jesus accomplished. Nothing you fail to do subtracts from it.

The burden you're carrying? Jesus will take it. The weariness you feel? Jesus will replace it with rest. Not the rest of laziness, but the deep soul-rest of knowing you're accepted, loved, and secure in Him.

Stop trying. Start trusting. Come to Jesus.

February 7, 2026 Prayer:

Jesus, I'm weary. I've been trying to earn what You've already given freely. I come to You right now—tired, burdened, and failing. I receive Your rest. Help me stop striving and start trusting. Carry what I cannot. Thank You for accepting me as I am. Amen.

Bible Verse February 8, 2026: 1 John 1:9

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

Daily scripture February 08 2026 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins he is faithful and just and will forgive us bible verse feb

February 8, 2026 Devotional:

Confession isn't begging God to forgive you. Confession is agreeing with God about your sin.

God already knows what you did. You're not informing Him of new information. You're admitting the truth. You're saying, "God, You're right. I sinned. I need forgiveness."

And God promises to forgive. Not maybe. Not if you feel sorry enough. He will forgive you. Guaranteed.

Why? Because He's faithful. He keeps His promises. And He's just. Justice demands that sin be punished. That punishment fell on Jesus at the cross. When you confess, you're accepting what Christ already did for you.

God doesn't just forgive—He purifies. He doesn't leave you stained by sin. He cleanses you completely. The guilt is gone. The shame is removed. You're clean.

Stop carrying guilt for sins you've confessed. God forgave them. Stop punishing yourself for what Christ already paid for. If God forgave you, who are you to withhold forgiveness from yourself?

Confess your sin. Receive forgiveness. Walk free.

February 8, 2026 Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I confess my sins to You. Thank You for Your promise to forgive. Thank You that Jesus paid the price for my sin. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Help me walk in the freedom of Your forgiveness, not the bondage of shame. I'm forgiven. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 9, 2026: Isaiah 26:3

"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."

February 09 2026 quote Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast bible verse feb

February 9, 2026 Devotional:

Peace doesn't come from perfect circumstances. Peace comes from a mind fixed on God.

Your circumstances are chaotic. Your problems are real. Your fears have names and faces. But peace doesn't depend on any of that changing.

God keeps you in peace when your mind stays fixed on Him. Not on your problems. Not on your fears. On Him.

Your mind wanders. It goes to worst-case scenarios. It rehearses past failures. It imagines future disasters. Every time it wanders from God, you lose peace.

Bring it back. Over and over and over. When fear creeps in, turn your thoughts to God's faithfulness. When worry threatens to overwhelm, remember His promises. When anxiety attacks, focus on His character.

This isn't positive thinking. This is active trust. You're choosing to anchor your mind to truth instead of letting it drift to lies.

God will keep you in perfect peace. But you have to keep your mind steadfast on Him.

February 9, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, keep my mind fixed on You. When fear comes, help me turn my thoughts to Your faithfulness. When anxiety attacks, remind me of Your promises. I choose to trust You with what I can't control. Fill me with Your peace. Guard my heart and mind in Christ. Amen.

Bible Verse February 10, 2026: Galatians 6:9

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

Verse of the Day February 10 2026 Galatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good for we will reap a harvest bible verse feb

February 10, 2026 Devotional:

Doing good gets tiring. You serve, give, pray, sacrifice—and nothing seems to change. You're tempted to quit.

Don't.

The harvest is coming. You don't see it yet, but it's coming. God's timing isn't your timing. What you're sowing today will produce fruit later. Maybe much later. But it will come.

Farmers understand this. They plant seeds and wait. Waiting doesn't mean nothing's happening. Underground, invisible growth is occurring. You don't see it, but it's real.

Your faithfulness isn't wasted. Your prayers aren't unheard. Your service isn't pointless. God sees everything. He's keeping track. He promises a harvest for those who don't give up.

Quitting right before breakthrough is the enemy's favorite strategy. He wants you to stop three days before the answer comes. He wants you to abandon the ministry one week before it bears fruit. He wants you to give up right before God acts.

Don't give him that victory. Keep doing good. Keep serving. Keep praying. Keep going. The harvest is coming.

February 10, 2026 Prayer:

Father, I'm tired of doing good without seeing results. Give me strength to keep going. Help me trust Your timing for the harvest. When I want to quit, remind me that my work in You is never wasted. I will not give up. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 11, 2026: Psalm 139:14

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

February 11 2026 scripture Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made bible verse feb

February 11, 2026 Devotional:

God made you on purpose. Every detail. Every characteristic. Everything about you reflects intentional design.

You look at yourself and see flaws. God looks at you and sees His workmanship. You focus on what you wish were different. God says you're exactly as He intended.

"Fearfully made" means God created you with reverent care. "Wonderfully made" means you're a masterpiece, not mass-produced.

Self-hatred isn't humility. Self-hatred is calling God a liar. When you despise yourself, you're telling the Creator He made a mistake. When you believe lies about your worth, you're disagreeing with God's assessment.

David didn't just know this truth in his head. He said, "I know that full well." It became a settled conviction in his heart. Head knowledge has to travel to your heart before it changes how you live.

Praise God for making you. Not because you're perfect. Because He is. His creation reflects His glory, and you're His creation.

February 11, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, I praise You for making me. Forgive me for despising Your creation. Help me see myself as You see me—valued, intentional, loved. Replace my negative thoughts with Your truth. Thank You for creating me with purpose and care. Amen.

Bible Verse February 12, 2026: Colossians 1:17

"He is before all things, and in him all things hold together."

Daily bible quote February 12 2026 Colossians 1:17 He is before all things and in him all things hold together bible verse feb

February 12, 2026 Devotional:

Christ holds everything together. The universe. The planets. Your life. Everything.

You're afraid everything will fall apart. Your health. Your relationships. Your finances. Your future. One crisis and everything could collapse.

But Christ is holding it together. The atoms in your body maintain structure because He commands it. The earth stays in orbit because He sustains it. Your life continues because He wills it.

This doesn't mean bad things won't happen. It means Christ remains sovereign even when circumstances crumble. He's still in control. He's still powerful. Nothing surprises Him.

You're not held together by your strength. You're held together by Christ, who existed before time and will exist after it ends.

When you feel like your world is falling apart, remember: the One who holds the universe together hasn't let go of you.

February 12, 2026 Prayer:

Jesus, thank You for holding all things together, including my life. When everything feels like it's falling apart, remind me that You're still in control. I trust Your power. I rest in Your sovereignty. You hold me. Amen.

Bible Verse February 13, 2026: Romans 12:10

"Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves."

February 13 2026 verse Romans 12:10 Be devoted to one another in love Honor one another above yourselves bible verse feb

February 13, 2026 Devotional:

Christian community isn't optional. God commands you to be devoted to other believers. Not just friendly. Devoted.

Devotion requires sacrifice. It means showing up when it's inconvenient. It means putting others' needs before your preferences. It means staying committed when relationships get messy.

Honoring others above yourself goes against human nature. You're wired to protect yourself, advance your agenda, prioritize your comfort. Paul says flip that. Put others first.

This doesn't mean being a doormat. It means approaching relationships as a servant, not a consumer. Ask "How can I help you?" not "What can you do for me?"

The church works when believers genuinely value each other. Pride destroys community. Humility builds it.

Love isn't just a feeling in Scripture. Love is a commitment to action. Being devoted in love means consistently choosing to serve, honor, and care for other believers regardless of how you feel.

February 13, 2026 Prayer:

God, teach me to be devoted to other believers in real love. Help me honor them above myself. Break down my selfishness. Show me practical ways to serve. Let my relationships reflect Your love. Amen.

Bible Verse February 14, 2026: 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV) — Valentine's Day — Christian Love

"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."

February 14 2026 Valentine's Day scripture 1 Corinthians 13:13 faith hope and love but the greatest of these is love bible verse feb

February 14, 2026 Devotional:

Valentine's Day celebrates romantic love. Paul points to something greater.

Faith connects you to God. Hope sustains you through trouble. But love outlasts both. Why? Because love reflects God's nature. "God is love," John says. When you love, you participate in who God is.

This love isn't based on feelings. Earlier in 1 Corinthians 13, Paul describes love as patient, kind, not envious or boastful. Love doesn't dishonor others. Love doesn't keep score of wrongs. This love is a choice, not an emotion.

Romantic relationships fail when built only on attraction and feelings. Those fade. But when couples commit to biblical love—choosing to serve, forgive, and honor each other regardless of feelings—their relationship survives.

Faith and hope will be unnecessary in heaven. You won't need faith when you see God face to face. You won't need hope when all promises are fulfilled. But love continues forever. Love is eternal because God is eternal.

Don't just celebrate romantic feelings today. Celebrate sacrificial, enduring love that reflects Christ's love for you.

February 14, 2026 Prayer:

Father, thank You for loving me first. Thank You for showing me real love through Jesus. Help me love others with patient, kind, sacrificial love. In my relationships, let me choose love when feelings fade. Teach me to love like You love. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 15, 2026: Proverbs 17:17

"A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.

February 15 2026 scripture Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times and a brother is born for a time of adversity bible verse feb

February 15, 2026 Devotional:

Real friends don't disappear when trouble comes. They show up. They stay. They love you at all times—not just when it's convenient.

You find out who your real friends are in adversity. When you lose your job. When you get sick. When you're broken and have nothing to offer. Fair-weather friends vanish. True friends remain.

The Bible says a brother is born for adversity. That means God gives you certain people specifically to walk with you through hard times. They're not accidents in your life. They're gifts.

But here's the question: Are you that kind of friend to others? Do you love at all times? Or only when people can do something for you?

Friendship isn't about what you get. Friendship is about what you give. It's showing up when others are suffering. It's standing by them when they fall. It's refusing to abandon them when the world does.

Jesus demonstrated this. He called His disciples friends. He loved them when they doubted Him, denied Him, abandoned Him. He never stopped loving them. That's the model.

Be a friend who loves at all times. God will surround you with friends who do the same.

February 15, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, make me a faithful friend. Help me love others at all times, not just when it's easy. Show me who needs support right now. Give me courage to stand with people when they're suffering. Thank You for friends who've stood by me. Make me that kind of friend to others. Amen.

Bible Verse February 16, 2026: John 13:34

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another."

Daily verse February 16 2026 John 13:34 A new command I give you Love one another as I have loved you bible verse feb

February 16, 2026 Devotional:

Jesus didn't suggest this. He commanded it. Love one another. Not because they deserve it. Not when you feel like it. Love them because I loved you.

How did Jesus love? Sacrificially. Completely. Without conditions. He loved you when you were His enemy. He died for you while you were still a sinner. He gave everything for people who gave Him nothing.

That's the standard. Love others the way Jesus loved you.

This isn't natural. Your instinct is to love people who love you back. To be kind to people who are kind to you. To serve people who appreciate it. Jesus calls you to something higher. Love people who hurt you. Love people who don't deserve it. Love people who won't love you back.

Why? Because that's how He loved you. You didn't deserve His love. You couldn't earn it. You can't repay it. He loved you anyway.

When you love like this, the world notices. Jesus said people will know you're His disciples by your love. Not by your doctrine. Not by your church attendance. By your love.

Are you loving others the way Christ loved you?

February 16, 2026 Prayer:

Jesus, teach me to love like You loved me. Help me love sacrificially, without conditions, without keeping score. Give me Your heart for people who are hard to love. Let my love prove I belong to You. In Your name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 17, 2026: Acts 3:19

"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord."

February 17 2026 quote Acts 3:19 Repent then and turn to God so that your sins may be wiped out bible verse feb

February 17, 2026 Devotional:

Repentance isn't feeling sorry. Repentance is turning around. Changing direction. Going the opposite way.

You've been walking toward sin. Repentance means you stop, turn 180 degrees, and walk toward God instead.

Peter promises two things when you repent. First, your sins are wiped out. Not just forgiven. Wiped out. Gone. Erased. God removes them completely.

Second, times of refreshing come from the Lord. Repentance brings spiritual renewal. New life. Fresh joy. Deep peace. You can't experience this while you're still walking in sin.

Some of you are exhausted spiritually. Dry. Empty. You wonder why God feels distant. You've been walking away from Him while asking Him to bless you. It doesn't work that way.

Turn around. Stop going the direction you're going. Repent of specific sins. Name them. Confess them. Turn from them. Walk toward God instead.

He promises refreshing. He promises restoration. But it starts with repentance.

February 17, 2026 Prayer:

God, I repent of my sin. I've been walking away from You. I turn around right now. I choose Your way instead of mine. Wipe out my sins. Refresh my spirit. Renew my joy. I'm coming back to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 18, 2026: Joel 2:12-13 (NIV) — Ash Wednesday — Beginning of Lent

"'Even now,' declares the Lord, 'return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.' Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity."

Verse of the Day February 18 2026 Joel 2:12-13 Return to me with all your heart with fasting and weeping bible verse feb

February 18, 2026 Devotional:

Today is Ash Wednesday. Lent begins. Forty days of preparation before Easter.

God says, "Return to me with all your heart." Not halfway. Not partially. All your heart.

He calls for fasting, weeping, mourning. Not external religious performance. Real heart repentance. "Rend your heart," He says, "not your garments." Don't just go through religious motions. Break before God. Let your heart be torn over sin.

Why should you return? Because God is gracious and compassionate. He's slow to anger. He abounds in love. He doesn't want to judge you. He wants to restore you.

Some of you have been running from God for years. You know you're not right with Him. You've put off repentance. You've made excuses. You've delayed.

God says, "Even now." It's not too late. Even now, after all your running, after all your sin, after all your failures—return to Him. He's ready to receive you.

Lent is about preparing your heart for Easter. You can't celebrate resurrection if you haven't dealt with sin. Face it today. Repent today. Return to God with all your heart.

February 18, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, I return to You today with all my heart. I've been running. I've been making excuses. I repent. Break my heart over my sin. I don't want religious performance. I want real relationship with You. Thank You for Your grace, Your compassion, Your love. I'm coming home. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 19, 2026: Matthew 4:17

"From that time on Jesus began to preach, 'Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.'"

February 19 2026 scripture Matthew 4:17 From that time on Jesus began to preach Repent for the kingdom of heaven has come near bible verse feb

February 19, 2026 Devotional:

Jesus' first message wasn't "God loves you." It was "Repent."

You can't experience the kingdom of heaven while clinging to sin. You have to choose. The kingdom or your sin. You can't have both.

Repentance opens the door to everything God offers. Forgiveness. Peace. Joy. Purpose. New life. But you can't walk through that door carrying your sin with you.

The kingdom of heaven has come near. It's available right now. Not someday in the future. Now. But you have to repent to enter it.

Jesus preached repentance because He knew people needed it. You need it. I need it. We all need it. We're all sinners. We've all gone our own way. We all need to turn around.

Stop making excuses for your sin. Stop minimizing it. Stop comparing yourself to people who are worse. You're a sinner. Admit it. Repent.

The kingdom is near. Will you enter it?

February 19, 2026 Prayer:

Jesus, I repent. I turn from my sin right now. I want Your kingdom more than I want my way. Forgive me. Cleanse me. Help me walk in Your kingdom starting today. I choose You. Amen.

Bible Verse February 20, 2026: Psalm 51:10

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me."

Daily bible quote February 20 2026 Psalm 51:10 Create in me a pure heart O God and renew a steadfast spirit within me bible verse feb

February 20, 2026 Devotional:

David wrote this after Nathan confronted him about adultery with Bathsheba and murdering her husband. David's sin was exposed. He couldn't hide anymore.

He didn't make excuses. He didn't blame others. He asked God to create a pure heart in him.

You can't purify your own heart. You've tried. You make resolutions. You promise to do better. You fail again. You can't fix yourself. Only God can create a pure heart.

David also asked for a steadfast spirit. Not a spirit that wavers. Not a spirit that's strong today and weak tomorrow. A steadfast spirit that remains faithful.

You need both. A pure heart and a steadfast spirit. You can't manufacture either one. Only God can give them.

Ask Him. Cry out like David did. "Create in me a pure heart, God. Renew a steadfast spirit within me." He will do it. He did it for David. He'll do it for you.

February 20, 2026 Prayer:

God, create in me a pure heart. I can't do it myself. Renew a steadfast spirit within me. I'm tired of wavering. I'm tired of falling. Do what only You can do. Transform me from the inside out. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 21, 2026: 2 Chronicles 7:14

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

February 21 2026 scripture 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people humble themselves and pray I will heal their land bible verse feb

February 21, 2026 Devotional:

God gives a formula here. Four steps. Humble yourself. Pray. Seek God's face. Turn from wicked ways.

Then God makes three promises. He will hear. He will forgive. He will heal.

Notice who God addresses. "My people, who are called by my name." He's talking to believers, not unbelievers. The problem isn't out there in the world. The problem is in the church.

When God's people humble themselves and repent, God responds. He hears. He forgives. He heals.

You want to see your nation healed? Your community transformed? Your family restored? It starts with you humbling yourself. Praying. Seeking God's face. Turning from your sin.

Stop pointing fingers at politicians, culture, unbelievers. Look in the mirror. Examine your own heart. Deal with your own sin. That's where revival begins.

God is ready to hear. Ready to forgive. Ready to heal. Are you ready to humble yourself?

February 21, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, I humble myself before You. I seek Your face. I turn from my wicked ways. Hear my prayer. Forgive my sin. Heal what's broken in my life, my family, my nation. Let revival start with me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 22, 2026: Isaiah 1:18

"'Come now, let us settle the matter,' says the Lord. 'Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.'"

Verse of the Day February 22 2026 Isaiah 1:18 Though your sins are like scarlet they shall be as white as snow bible verse feb

February 22, 2026 Devotional:

God invites you to settle the matter. Right now. Not tomorrow. Not when you feel ready. Now.

Your sins are like scarlet. Deep red. Stained. Permanent. You can't wash them out. You've tried. The guilt remains. The shame stays.

But God says He'll make them white as snow. Completely clean. Totally pure. No trace of stain left.

You think your sin is too great. You think you've gone too far. You think God won't forgive what you've done. You're wrong.

God knows your worst sin. He sees everything you've hidden. He knows the thoughts you're ashamed of. And He still offers forgiveness. He still promises to make you white as snow.

Come to Him. Stop running. Stop hiding. Stop making excuses. Settle the matter today. Confess your sin. Receive forgiveness. Walk away clean.

February 22, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, I come to You now. My sins are like scarlet. I can't clean myself. I need You to wash me white as snow. Forgive me. Cleanse me completely. I receive Your forgiveness today. Thank You for making me clean. Amen.

Bible Verse February 23, 2026: Ephesians 4:32

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

February 23 2026 quote Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you bible verse feb

February 23, 2026 Devotional:

God forgave you. Completely. Freely. Without conditions. Now He commands you to forgive others the same way.

You say, "But you don't know what they did to me." God knows what you did to Him. He forgave you anyway.

Forgiveness isn't excusing what they did. Forgiveness isn't pretending it didn't hurt. Forgiveness is releasing them from the debt they owe you.

When you refuse to forgive, you're the one who suffers. Bitterness poisons your soul. Resentment destroys your peace. Unforgiveness keeps you chained to the person who hurt you.

Jesus said if you don't forgive others, the Father won't forgive you. That's serious. Your forgiveness from God is connected to your forgiveness of others.

Who do you need to forgive? That family member who betrayed you? That friend who abandoned you? That person who slandered you? Forgive them. Not because they deserve it. Because Christ forgave you when you didn't deserve it.

February 23, 2026 Prayer:

Father, help me forgive those who've hurt me. I've been holding onto bitterness and resentment. I release it today. I choose to forgive just as You forgave me. Free me from the poison of unforgiveness. Help me walk in compassion and kindness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 24, 2026: 1 Corinthians 9:27

"No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize."

Daily scripture February 24 2026 1 Corinthians 9:27 I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so I am not disqualified bible verse feb

February 24, 2026 Devotional:

Paul disciplined his body. He brought it under control. He refused to let his physical desires rule him.

Why? Because he knew the danger. You can preach to others and still disqualify yourself. You can serve in ministry and still fall into sin. You can teach truth and still live a lie.

Your body wants what it wants. Food. Comfort. Pleasure. Sleep. Sex. Entertainment. If you let it, your body will control you. You have to discipline it. Bring it into submission.

This isn't popular teaching. People want to hear about God's grace and love. They don't want to hear about self-discipline and self-control.

But Paul knew the truth. Without discipline, you'll fall. Without self-control, you'll fail. Without bringing your body under submission, you'll disqualify yourself.

What area of your life lacks discipline? Where are you letting your body rule you instead of you ruling it? Food? Entertainment? Sleep? Laziness? Sexual temptation?

Discipline yourself now. Don't wait until you've fallen. Don't wait until you've lost everything. Strike a blow to your body. Make it your slave.

February 24, 2026 Prayer:

God, give me discipline. Help me bring my body under control. Show me where I'm letting physical desires rule me. Give me strength to say no to what I want so I can say yes to what You want. Keep me from disqualifying myself. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 25, 2026: Matthew 6:16-17

"When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."

February 25 2026 Matthew 6:16-17 When you fast do not look somber but put oil on your head bible verse feb

February 25, 2026 Devotional:

Jesus said "when you fast," not "if you fast." He expected His followers to fast.

But He warned against making a show of it. Don't fast to impress people. Don't broadcast it. Don't make yourself look miserable so others will notice your spirituality.

Fasting is between you and God. Nobody else needs to know. When you fast for an audience, that's all the reward you get—people's approval. When you fast in secret, God rewards you.

Fasting isn't to manipulate God. It's not to earn His favor. Fasting is denying your body what it wants so you can focus on what your soul needs.

Your body screams for food. Fasting teaches you to say no to your body and yes to God. It creates space for prayer. It sharpens your spiritual sensitivity. It reminds you that man doesn't live by bread alone.

When's the last time you fasted? Not for attention. Not for show. Between you and God. Try it. Skip a meal and pray instead. Fast for a day. See what God does.

February 25, 2026 Prayer:

Father, teach me to fast. Not for show. Not for approval. Between You and me. Help me deny my body so I can focus on You. Reward me in secret as I seek You in secret. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 26, 2026: Psalm 147:3

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

Verse of the Day February 26 2026 Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds bible verse feb

February 26, 2026 Devotional:

Your heart is broken. Maybe from loss. Maybe from betrayal. Maybe from disappointment. Maybe from your own sin.

God heals broken hearts. Not instantly. Not magically. But truly. Really. Completely.

He doesn't just put a bandage on your wound. He binds it up. He tends to it carefully. He heals from the inside out.

You've tried to heal yourself. You've stayed busy. You've distracted yourself. You've medicated the pain. None of it worked. The wound is still there.

Stop trying to fix it yourself. Let God heal you. Bring your broken heart to Him. Be honest about the pain. Don't pretend you're fine when you're not.

God isn't afraid of your brokenness. He specializes in healing what's broken. He takes shattered pieces and makes them whole again.

Trust Him with your wounds. Let Him do what only He can do.

February 26, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, my heart is broken. I've tried to heal myself and failed. I bring my pain to You. Heal me. Bind up my wounds. Do what only You can do. Make me whole again. I trust You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible Verse February 27, 2026: Romans 6:23

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

February 27 2026 scripture Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life bible verse feb

February 27, 2026 Devotional:

You earn wages. You work. You get paid. Sin works the same way. You sin. You get paid. The payment is death.

Not just physical death. Spiritual death. Separation from God. Eternal death. Hell.

You've earned that payment. I've earned it. We all have. "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." The wages we've earned is death.

But God offers a gift. Not wages. A gift. You can't earn it. You can't work for it. You can't deserve it. It's free.

The gift is eternal life in Christ Jesus. Not because of what you've done. Because of what Christ did. He lived the perfect life you couldn't live. He died the death you deserved. He rose from the dead to prove His victory over sin and death.

You have two options. Take the wages you've earned—death. Or receive the gift God offers—eternal life.

Which will you choose?

February 27, 2026 Prayer:

God, I've earned death. I'm a sinner. I deserve judgment. But I receive Your gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Thank You for paying the price I couldn't pay. I trust in Christ alone for salvation. Amen.

Bible Verse February 28, 2026: Hebrews 12:1

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us."

February 28 2026 quote Hebrews 12:1 let us throw off everything that hinders and run with perseverance the race marked out for us bible verse feb

February 28, 2026 Devotional:

You're running a race. Not against other people. Against yourself. Against sin. Against discouragement. Against quitting.

The writer says throw off everything that hinders. What's slowing you down? What's holding you back? What's keeping you from running hard after God?

Maybe it's not even sin. Maybe it's something good that's become an obstacle. Relationships. Hobbies. Ambitions. Career. If it's hindering your race, throw it off.

And throw off the sin that entangles. You know what it is. That sin you keep going back to. That temptation you keep giving in to. That compromise you keep making. It's wrapping around your legs like rope. It's tripping you. It's slowing you down.

Throw it off. Stop playing with it. Stop making excuses for it. Stop tolerating it. Get rid of it.

Then run. Not a sprint. A marathon. Run with perseverance. Keep going when you're tired. Keep going when you feel like quitting. Keep going until you finish the race God marked out for you.

February is ending. Will you finish this month stronger than you started? Will you throw off what hinders you? Will you run hard after God?

February 28, 2026 Prayer:

Lord, help me throw off everything that hinders me. Show me what's slowing me down. Give me courage to get rid of it. Help me run with perseverance the race You've marked out for me. I will not quit. I will finish. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Final Thoughts

February is over. Twenty-eight days of Scripture. Twenty-eight days of truth. Twenty-eight days of God speaking to you.

What did you do with it? Did you just read the words? Or did you let them change you?

God's Word doesn't return void. Isaiah 55:11 says it accomplishes what God purposes. It achieves what He sends it to do. These verses did something in you whether you felt it or not.

But here's the question: Will you keep going? Will you keep reading Scripture after February ends? Will you keep praying? Will you keep seeking God?

Don't let this month be a spiritual high that fades. Let it be the beginning of a deeper walk with God. Let it be the start of real transformation.

You've hidden God's Word in your heart this month. Now live it out. Apply what you learned. Obey what you read. Walk in truth.

God isn't done with you. He's just getting started.

Prayer of Thanksgiving

Father, thank You for bringing us safely through February. Thank You for Your Word that guided us, corrected us, encouraged us, and challenged us.

Thank You for speaking truth when we needed it. Thank You for convicting us of sin. Thank You for reminding us of Your love. Thank You for calling us to repentance during Lent.

Thank You for being faithful when we were faithless. Thank You for being patient when we were stubborn. Thank You for never giving up on us.

Keep us walking in Your truth. Keep us growing in Your Word. Keep us faithful to You as we move into March and beyond.

We give You all the glory, all the honor, all the praise. You alone are worthy.

In Jesus' name, Amen.
